How long is the delivery time?
All orders within Sweden have normal delivery between 1-4 business days from the placement of order. All orders outside Sweden have normal delivery between 5-8 days from the placement of order. All orders are delivered during working hours (noon. 8:00 to 17:00), Monday through Friday.

How much does the shipping cost?
Always free shipping within Sweden.
Outside Sweden shipping SEK 200.

Can I modify / cancel an order?
Your order is normally sent the same day or next business day. If we have not yet sent your order, please contact us and cancel your order.

What payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure your email address is correct because an incorrect e-mail is the most common reason that no order confirmation has been received. It may also be that your e-mail provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. If you still can not find it, contact customer service to make sure your order is processed.

Can I return an item?
If you want to return an item you have purchased from the online store you are able to do so within 14 days after you have received the goods. You will get a full refund for the item, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days from the time we received the goods. But it will probably go much faster. As soon as we have received the return, we will inform you via email.
You may only return an item purchased from the online store if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new and unused. Original packaging must also be returned. byAxel do not accept returns if the item has been used, are dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If a product is returned and is damaged in any way, the product is returned to the customer.

Where is my order?
If you have received both a confirmation by e-mail and a delivery confirmation via SMS / email, check your tracking number. If you have not received both emails that mentioned above or can not find your tracking number, please contact customer service.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all countries in Europe.

I need to change something in my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are dealing, in general, all orders within the same day or the next working day. When our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

I just did my order. Can I add another be it?
